Ive emailed hey dude three times and not a single word has been spoken back. I got an email on 6/28 that my package arrived at my local ups facility, so i call them to pick up my package and they say they havent even received it. i waited three days and called again and it still wasnt there. ive filed a claim on the ups app, try to get another pair sent, or just a refund but i am getting no response anywhere. im super disappointed and frustrated.

Hey Dude Shoes - Never received my shoes!

I ordered my shoes on 5/15 when it send proof they arent coming and lost they make me wait 2 weeks after sending multiple emails. They send out another pair which again are lost and I give proof and still get the same response. The customer service sux! I get the same damn response like its copy and paste messages with no one researching the issue and now I wont get my shoes since they are out of stock! This is also the first time that be purchased these! My family ordered theirs a day before and got them in 2 days. Monday 6/5 will be a month! I ask to talk to a manager and get told the phones dont work and I wont get a call! Same run around!!! I will never purchase from this company again and dont bother contacting Customer service cuz u wont get any help!!!

Shoes never came

I placed an order on Monday for 2 pairs of shoes. I purchased the expedited shipping to have them here no later than Saturday b/c I needed them for Sunday. Processing is supposed to be 1-2 days. I received one pair in the mail today (Friday) but not the other pair, it still shows in processing, on the 4th day! Turns out they are out of stock, still took my money, did NOT even notify me that it was out of stock so I could have ordered a different pair to receive them by Saturday. so I reached out via chat. Same response over and over and over even though I asked to be escalated to a supervisor. So I call the customer service number. I cannot understand with the strong accent so yet again I requested to be escalated. Same thing, asking me how they can help they have no supervisor to assist. Over and over and over, I even said I would wait for a supervisor, no help what so ever. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HOPE YOU NEVER HAVE AN ISSUE

Hey Dude Shoes - Can't get ahold of them, don't respond to emails and no phone

I sent two pairs of shoes back that were too big. They arrived in one package so I assumed I could send them the same way in one box with one return label. It was later that I realized that each pair had to be sent in different boxes with their own labels. I have emailed at least 8 times for the past two weeks with no response. I received my sandals but not the shoes. I've emailed the return label for the ones not returned yet. I would like a refund or return asap. order # 772**** Milo size 8 which I received already, Wally Funk size 8 I haven't received. Those are still somewhere in your possession.

The same thing just happened to me!! They sent both in the same package I sent them back in the same package and they lost a pair!! Customer Service is the worst I’ve dealt with…

My boyfriend ordered a pair of shoes and the site wouldnt let him modify his shipping address and his shoes are being shipped to our old address almost 2 hours away. I am extremely dissatisfied with this. When trying to get ahold of a representative we were told we had to get ahold of the shipping company since it was already done, even though he literally had done the order only moments prior. This is ridiculous. The shipping company, when we finally got the tracking number, said that we had to get ahold of customer service since it was not yet shipped. This is unacceptable service and we will not be doing business with HeyDude again. I do not recommend them to anyone!!

I was supposed to be contacted when my size was in stock so I could exchange. Nothing. I found that they weee in stock on my own. Within a few days they were out of stock again. I asked for a supervisor to contact me. No response.

I called concerning an order which was placed less than 24 hours before and could not get a single bit of help. It was the worst customer service I have ever received, and I will not ever do business with this company again. i needed to change the size and all they could say is the order has already been placed and we cannot help you. Never mind they say it is not shipping for 2 more days. Ridiculous.

I ordered boots, really cute, arrived and were too large. I returned the following day and was advised credit would be issued within 10 days to Afterpay as well as my down payment. I tracked return and have heard nothing after they received the return. I will stay with Sanuk in the future, their customer service is A+!!! I do not recommend Hey Dude!!!
