Archaic Return and Exchange Process

Return and Exhange Process is Archaic I would give them zero stars but I was required to give 1-5. After making a return I didnt hear anything from them for 13 days. I finally gave up and used Live Chat where I was told my item was returned to the warehouse but after receipt it takes them 10 business days (not counting weekends) to process! Ive never heard of such a thing. Then to make matters worse I had to ask about my exchange and things went bad to worse. WhIle I had filled out an exchange form online I was told I had to contact them back after tomorrow (the 10 day business mark) to request an exchange. I asked why and was told they dont process the exchanges without it. what?! what is the point in the form and how would I as a consumer know I had to do this! I asked all of these questions and was told Im sorry. Anything else you need two more times. At this point I asked to just refund my money. I was told again I cant just ask for a refund. I have to recontact them tomorrow. Upon this insanity I told them I would not. I honestly feel this is their way of keeping the refund and hoping customers forget about it. Ive bought no less than 7 pairs of Hey Dudes for my boys. Never again.

I just need to return my Hey Dude shoes, they don't fit. I need be fitted so I can purchase Hey Dude shoes in the future. As long as you purchase the right size, you will love Hey Dude shoes. They have many beautiful colors.

I have a brand new pair of hey dude slip on shoes that I purchased a few weeks ago and they are losing threads all around both shoes, once one starts and if you pull it out it goes all the way around the shoe and this has happended multiple times and eventaully i feel they will fall apart because there will be not enough threads left to hold them together and need your assistance on how to deal with this issue. This is my first pair ever to purchase and already having issues has me wandering the value of these shoes? we are trying to find the original receipt. Please advise. Kevin Kime kdkime@***.com

I bought and paid for 4 pairs of hey dudes that were on sale on fb marketplace. They were able to school sale. 15.99 each a picked the ones I wanted and paid for them and I still haven't got anything. I have tried getting a liget number for them and can't. No customer service what do ever. Im so damn mad i got taken for and didn't even see it coming. Please help me

I ordered 3 paits of shoes in their flash sale I was told I could order another pair and they would all be $9.98 so 4 pairs each at $9.98 I couldn't 9rder a fourth pair it said I was over the limit allowed, that made no sense to me since they offered that deal anyway, I don't know why the website didn't allow it. I was charged for my purchase $34.99 but can not find my order conformation or a delivery date. I ordered my daughter a pair of shoes the next day for $15.99 I have an order conformation for that, I do however have an order confirmation for a pair of wallys that I did not order, I have sent multiple emails with all the info I have I have received one email that told me my order was being shipped out and they gave me a link which went to the order with my daughter's shoes so they paid no attention to the emails I have sent. This company needs to get it together and promise what they offer along with responding to emails and correcting the issue.

So it turns out I was scammed by a company named yino the emails came from this address jolinpeach I contacted the actual hey dude company and they advised me to follow through with my bank and report that I have been scammed the website is called online discounts.com I have recently received an order nber and a tracking number which says that my orders are in transit from China . This had made me sick to my stomach I have lost an additional 19.98$ because I had ordered my daughter a pair two days later which I did receive conformation of which I now know is not true so yeah its $38.99 and $19.98 that I have lost, that's alot of money for someone who is a single mother on disability.do

delivery failure, DHL says to contact hey dude which I have done twice with no response DHL said my shoes are in a DEAD LETTER File. I ordered two pair of dudes. Absolutely awful customer service. They do not stand behind their products. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I have a pair of cheetah print dudes that I love. I only wear dudes. I spilled a whole bottle of water on the right one. When I tried to dry it with a clean white towel the color bled. Now it doesn't match the other shoe! They will not replace it and they are only 6 weeks old. I have 9 pair and was getting ready to order more. Nope not now!

On July 26th I checked the website and it said my shoes would be delay because of the weather waited 2 days after still had no shoes on July 28th I got a message saying that the U.S postal service had returned the shoes to hey dude company.
