I ordered boots, really cute, arrived and were too large. I returned the following day and was advised credit would be issued within 10 days to Afterpay as well as my down payment. I tracked return and have heard nothing after they received the return. I will stay with Sanuk in the future, their customer service is A+!!! I do not recommend Hey Dude!!!

I ordered the gray halo and light pink halo on my end I even have screenshots (Walmart is why I take screenshots) they took the light pink ones off my order, so I had to pay shipping the time before they had a sale I had 2 pairs just so I would have to pay shipping they gave me an extra dollar off. BS

It said my package was delivered to a person in Texas but I dont live in Texas I live in Florida and put my address thats in north port Florida. But instead this company gave my husbands shoes that we ordered on June 25th to someone in Texas!

It's been a month an half since I ordered my 2 pairs of shoes online. I have not received the shoes, nor have I been able to get my money back. I have sent countless emails with computer generated responses from Hey Dude. There is no customer service number for help. It's ridiculous.

I just want my shoes not my money which looks like i have to contact bank because you cant talk ymto human and i not paying 5 dollars for someone help with my issue.

My order was delivered to the wrong address and where they were delivered to the person living there said they were not delivered

When I ordered the shoes, I change the address I change the billing address and now my shoes were delivered to another address and they are saying they didnt receive them because I dont know who they are. I just rode by the address and now I dont have the shoes amount, my money, and all I can do is contact somebody that wants me to pay money to talk to a service agent know if this is wrong can somebody please contact me at 304-820-**** so I can get the shoes I paid for thank you

I have had my hey dudes for about 6 mths now but have only worm them a hand full of time to the point the soles barely look worn... I put them on today and noticed *** starting in the toe of 1 shoe. I'm a mom, I don't run in them or wear them in the yard. I usually wear them with my Lululemon dress so that should let you know I'm not doing heavy activities in a dress. Just disappointing how a $75 pair of shoes didn't hold up!
