Update on my last review
So it turns out I was scammed by a company named yino the emails came from this address jolinpeach I contacted the actual hey dude company and they advised me to follow through with my bank and report that I have been scammed the website is called online discounts.com I have recently received an order nber and a tracking number which says that my orders are in transit from China . This had made me sick to my stomach I have lost an additional 19.98$ because I had ordered my daughter a pair two days later which I did receive conformation of which I now know is not true so yeah its $38.99 and $19.98 that I have lost, that's alot of money for someone who is a single mother on disability.do

Missing order,DHL says half my order is in dead letter. the other half was delivered by UPS with no problem, so now I paid double for one pair, This may be my last pair even though I love all six pair
delivery failure, DHL says to contact hey dude which I have done twice with no response DHL said my shoes are in a DEAD LETTER File. I ordered two pair of dudes.
One delivered by UPS on time and no problems. I was sent a notice of delay from DHL with no sign of delivery attempt and now My shoes are gone and so is my money, hince, Buyer Beware,

I have a pair of cheetah print dudes that I love. I only wear dudes. I spilled a whole bottle of water on the right one. When I tried to dry it with a clean white towel the color bled.
Now it doesn't match the other shoe!
They will not replace it and they are only 6 weeks old.
I have 9 pair and was getting ready to order more. Nope not now!

I ordered a pair of HEYDUDEs but theyve not been delivered. Havent received any emails about the shoes I ordered but I get emails all the time from you guys but theyve never mentioned the shoes I bought from you.
I need to know if the order is still coming to me. I cant find info on the order. Only thing I have is where the money I paid for it came out of my bank account.
Im worried I got scammed. Please help

I ordered some shoes never got them
I bought some shoes from the hey dude company on July 24th. On July 26th I checked the website and it said my shoes would be delay because of the weather waited 2 days after still had no shoes on July 28th I got a message saying that the U.S postal service had returned the shoes to hey dude company.

I have had my hey dudes for about 6 mths now but have only worm them a hand full of time to the point the soles barely look worn... I put them on today and noticed *** starting in the toe of 1 shoe.
I'm a mom, I don't run in them or wear them in the yard.
I usually wear them with my Lululemon dress so that should let you know I'm not doing heavy activities in a dress. Just disappointing how a $75 pair of shoes didn't hold up!

Waiting for shoes
Ordered 2 pairs online. Paid extra to get shoes in 3 days.
Never showed up. Emailed company told them I still wanted the shoes but wanted the 15 extra I paid to get them early. Was told they were having problems with the shipping company. Then stated if I did not hear back by June 21 to reach out to them to get new tracking number or to reorder the shoes.
I just got back in town since that email. No shoes and no one ever attempted to email me again and let me know. Not reliable so will not order again online. I am waiting to hear from them before I reject the charge on credit card.
Hopefully within the next 24 hours.
Keep in mind I ordered the shoes June 11, emailed for refund on June 15 of extra shipping. Email today July 1 to see where the shoes are since emailed stated shipped

Resolved: Won’t send purchased gift card
Company resolved the issue.
They finally gave me a page to chat with customer service after finally telling me that there was no one to return phone calls. I did eventually get a refund.
I purchased a $50 gift card that was supposed to be sent via email. I have requested it numerous times and their reply, BY EMAIL, is that theyve sent it and for me to check my spam and junk folders.
Theres nothing there. Why do I receive one email from them but not the other. I requested a refund which they will not give me. Ive requested a phone call, since you cant call them, twice.
No phone call after a week. Love the shoes but if you need anything done with customer service dont put your life on hold for it.

New hey dude design
I think that hey dudes are awesome and comfy and I think you guys should make bush light hey dudes I think those would sell out really fast because of the coolness of them.

Never received order and no reply to emails
I have emailed several times about my order that I have been waiting for a month to receive, and haven't received any response from them!! I will NEVER purchase anything else from them!!!

Got a half of last summer then coming apart. Glued sides coming apart and inter sole lose
Obviously fault material has caused the problem. New ones would be nice. I like Heydude and other shoes are great

Shoes never came
I placed an order on Monday for 2 pairs of shoes. I purchased the expedited shipping to have them here no later than Saturday b/c I needed them for Sunday.
Processing is supposed to be 1-2 days. I received one pair in the mail today (Friday) but not the other pair, it still shows in processing, on the 4th day! Turns out they are out of stock, still took my money, did NOT even notify me that it was out of stock so I could have ordered a different pair to receive them by Saturday. so I reached out via chat.
Same response over and over and over even though I asked to be escalated to a supervisor. So I call the customer service number. I cannot understand with the strong accent so yet again I requested to be escalated. Same thing, asking me how they can help they have no supervisor to assist.
Over and over and over, I even said I would wait for a supervisor, no help what so ever. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HOPE YOU NEVER HAVE AN ISSUE
